Wonderland Dreams

We transformed a 26,000 square foot empty former Best Buy on Fifth Avenue into an entirely hand painted exhibit and event space. As Production Manager, I served as point person between artistic, technical, vendors, and operations management during buildout and opening to keep scheduling on track and create management and operation systems. In addition to these administrative rolls, I pitched and developed live events including children's programming and costumed balls while directing social media content for both the venue and artist with a combined following of over 25k.
