Catching Flights for Barbie X Atlantis Resort, The Bahamas

• Lead Producer working hand in hand with Executive Producer to bring vision to life through sourcing, purchasing, building, and styling immersive Barbie experience including a ticketed experience, cafe, hotel suites, and pool cabanas.
• Lead International Logistics and customs for all sets, furniture, and consumables
• Tracking budget and receipts for +$2M spend.
• Lead arrangements and management of international travel for team of 20.

• Point person between artistic, technical, vendors, and operations management during buildout and maintenance with an eye for $2.5M budget.
• Pitched and developed live entertainment events including children’s programming, circus arts, comedy, paint and sip, and costumed balls.
• Directed social media content and strategy for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and influencer outreach for both artist and production, with combined online following of 25k.
• Conducted interviews, training, and culture development.
• Created and maintained paperwork for operations, accounting, asset management.

Experience Manager, Color Factory NYC

• Managed immersive museum venue during daily operations, seeing up to 1,300 guests including families and tourists. Lead manager of special events including private tours and buyouts.
• Developed, coached and counseled employees, providing meaningful feedback, clear objectives and expectations. Led new hire orientation and on floor training.
• Cross-trained to perform Facilities and Logistics responsibilities for daily maintenance, opening and closing.
• Built out Lost and Found system for items lost in the venue, including New York's largest ball pit.
